Lesson Fees Update for 2023

Hi there Parents!

Please read below to gain an understanding of our lesson fees update for 2023:

1. We’re going to round our lesson fees to $209 per month. 

Previously we had students paying either slightly above or below $209 per month for piano lessons.

This means we will instead be charging every student for the average amount of lessons that school students have - 40 piano lessons per year - to calculate our monthly price. 

2. Two lessons at no-cost have been calculated into your lesson fees so you have more flexibility for absences. 

Our lessons have gone up $2 per lesson (from $57 to $59), and instead of raising your lesson fees you will instead have 2 lessons at no-cost during the year to provide your family with more flexibility in terms of absences during the school year. 

3. If your child started piano lessons in 2022 in the middle of the month, your lesson fees will change to $209 this year.  

In 2022 your monthly fees could have been as low as $180 per month for piano lessons because you had 1 extra instalment of paying fees, but essentially you were still paying $209 per month but with an extra instalment. 

We’re changing this process as it’s a little confusing! And this year you will be paying $209 per month which is what you were paying last year minus the additional instalment.
