How the Play-Now Program Works

Lesson Dates

Your child’s lessons align perfectly with the public school term dates in your local state, ensuring convenience for your schedule.

Lessons are not scheduled during school holidays or public holidays.

You can log in to your Piano Play account to view upcoming lesson dates.

Your Subscription

Our Play-Now Program is a musical journey that offers approximately 40 enriching lessons annually, billed conveniently on a monthly basis (excluding January). 

Your subscription fee of $209 is automatically charged on the 1st of each month, starting from the following month after sign-up.

Starting mid-month? Your initial charge will be a prorated, smaller amount, reflected in your account within 2 business days.

Absences

Life happens, so we've built in allowances for up to three absences per year (students are billed for 37 lessons out of approximately 40), providing flexibility for unexpected events.

Please note that we don’t offer rescheduled or makeup lessons.

For any upcoming absence, simply mark your child as absent in your Piano Play account or select ‘Cancel Lesson’ in the reminder email, providing at least an hour's notice as a courtesy to their teacher.
