How the Play-Now Program Works

Lesson Dates

Your Play-Now Program weekly lessons run year-round, ensuring continuous progress on your favourite songs.

This excludes public holidays and a two-week break over the Christmas period.

You can log in to your Piano Play account to view upcoming lesson dates.

Absences

We understand the importance of flexibility in your musical journey. That’s why our subscription includes allowances for up to two months of absences per year! 

You’ll have access to lessons for 12 months of the year (excluding public holidays and a Christmas break), while only paying for 10 months.

Please note that we don’t offer rescheduled or makeup lessons.

For any upcoming absence, simply mark yourself as absent in your Piano Play account or select ‘Cancel Lesson’ in the reminder email, providing at least an hour's notice as a courtesy to your teacher.

Your Subscription

Your subscription fee of $219 is automatically charged on the 1st of each month, starting from the following month after sign-up. 

Starting mid-month? Your initial charge will be a prorated, smaller amount, reflected in your account within 2 business days.
